Though Booking would be accepted with payment of 15% of the Cost initially, Purchaser has to ensure due payment linked to progress of work is made to Maangalya within 30 days from date of booking irrespective of Housing Finance Institution releasing timely loan disbursement.

Delay in installment payments attracts Interest and also in the event of booking cancellation, there will be forfeiture of amounts, details of which are written in the Agreements and the Purchaser is bound by the same. |
